IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note that my practice is limited to the following areas of estate planning: creation of Wills and trusts; probate; and trust administration. I do not undertake litigation of any kind. Please also note that I am licensed to practice law only in the State of California and cannot render legal advice regarding matters in other states.

Because of my duties to existing clients, I reserve the right to share any information I receive from you unless and until I notify you that (1) I do not have any conflicts of interest; and (2) I am willing to receive confidential information from you. Thus, in contacting me by email, telephone, or facsimile, please do not provide any information that you do not want me to share with others.

Until I notify you that I have no conflict of interest and that I am interested in communicating with you about undertaking your matter, please do not send any information other than (1) how to best contact you; and (2) the general matter about which you are contacting me.

Further, in order to establish an attorney-client relationship with me, I require a written engagement agreement which defines the scope of the representation that is signed by both the client(s) and me. No attorney-client relationship will be established prior to a signed written engagement agreement.

These policies and procedures are designed to protect the interests of my existing clients as well as the interests of potential new clients communicating with me. Thank you for your cooperation.
